Planning transportation for a larger group takes more than counting seats. A 12-passenger van rental may help your group travel in one vehicle, but luggage space and rental requirements also need to fit your plans.
Consider this category for extended-family travel, business groups, and organized outings. Share the purpose of your trip and passenger count when asking about availability so any applicable restrictions can be reviewed.
Ask whether the stated seating capacity includes the driver, and explain how many bags or pieces of equipment you plan to bring. A vehicle with enough seats may still have limited room for everyone’s belongings.
Before booking, confirm driver eligibility, permitted use, mileage terms, and any travel restrictions. If you plan to share driving duties, ask how additional drivers are approved.
